Frequently Asked Questions
How long does production take?
Standard production is 1–3 business days after you order, since everything is printed and cut in-house right here in Cleveland. Need it faster? Add Rush Production at checkout to move to the front of the queue.
What file formats do you accept?
PNG, JPG, or PDF all work well. A transparent background helps for die-cut and custom-shaped stickers so the cut line follows your artwork correctly.
Are these stickers waterproof?
Yes. Every sticker is laminated and rated for outdoor use — waterproof, UV-resistant, and built to hold up on water bottles, laptops, and cars.
What's the difference between Gloss and Matte?
Gloss has a shiny, reflective finish with punchy, saturated color — the classic sticker look. Matte is soft with almost no glare, and reads a bit more premium. Durability is identical between the two; it's purely a look.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Our quantity tiers already build in volume discounts up to 1,000 pieces. For larger runs, reach out directly and we'll work out a custom quote.
